Big Chill is a molten alien who folds his wings to create an hooded robe. He has a dark body with blue patches on his arms, chest and legs. He has blue patches on his wingfolds that resemble ice cubes. Black lines line the back of each wings. He is able to breathe the freezing vapor that can freeze anything it touches, and is stronger than the average. He is capable of breaking through metal structures with ease, as demonstrated when he ripped apart an enormous statue made of metal and snapped iron girders in half.
He can carry a Revonnahgander and a Prypiatosian B Containment Suit, both of which come with power cores that give an extra boost of energy and let him perform various actions. Big Chill can also fly through the air and generate Ice shards using his powerful wings, dealing 13% damage to enemies. Big Chill can create an armored shield around himself to absorb the impact of an attack.
Big Chill appears in the Ben 10 universe on a regular basis. He first appeared in Kevin’s Big Score where he failed in his attempt to stop Kevin from escape from the Rust bucket 2. In Max Out, he battled DNAliens, and later helped Gwen to put out a fire. In Map of Infinity, he tried to negotiate with Albino Necrofriggian guards, but ended having to fight them when they demanded an artifact from the Mikdlty temple. He changed to Echo Echo to fight the guards at the final battle.
He also appeared in Greetings from Techadon where he was a hunter through an alien prison. In Viktor: The Spoils, he slipped into a security system and fought Zarcovian Soldiers. In Greetings from Null Void he chased Ultimate Aggregor before switching to Goop to save Piscciss Volanns.
